The issue of climate change is one that requires collective action, both in prevention but also in developing the solutions on how to deal with the consequences.

We are developing the project as to match our global needs for responding to the dramatic and increasingly deadly effects of heat disasters. While we believe swift action to reduce the impacts of climate change are key, we also know that communities around the globe

Making a Splash

We intend to hold regional gatherings and activations of developing maker based solutions to the challenges people will be facing over the summer and to host the open source designs on our website.

This will tap into how people currently engage with social media, but in a focus of actively helping one’s community.

What's next?

Our hope is to be able to develop, share, and improve on our work each season, and to be able to replicate this model in other areas experiencing rapid warming in the years to come.
